Each REVER product is individually handcrafted and built to order. Estimated production time is 3–6 weeks. This estimate begins only after full payment is received and the order configuration and shipping details are confirmed. Shipping transit time is additional and varies by destination, carrier, and customs processing. The stated timeframe is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date. If we anticipate that an order cannot ship within this window, we will contact you with a revised estimated ship date and your options, including cancellation and a refund of amounts paid for unshipped merchandise where required by applicable law.

All REVER products are made to order. All sales are final once production has begun. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, temporary use, rentals or completed projects, equipment no longer needed after purchase, buyer error in selecting a product or configuration, compatibility issues not disclosed to REVER before purchase, or normal wear, cosmetic wear, misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or damage caused after delivery. Cancellation requests must be sent in writing to info@reverstabilizer.com as soon as possible; if REVER confirms that production has not started, we may cancel the order at our discretion, subject to a reasonable non-refundable amount for design, configuration, materials, payment-processing costs, and work already performed, where permitted by applicable law. Products that arrive defective or materially different from the confirmed order are handled under our Limited 2-Year Warranty and applicable law.

REVER warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for two (2) years from the documented date of delivery. REVER will, at its option, repair the product, replace the defective component or product, or provide another remedy required by applicable law. This warranty does not cover normal wear and cosmetic damage; damage from misuse, abuse, accident, neglect, improper installation or storage, or use outside the product's intended purpose; damage from unauthorized repair, alteration, modification, or non-approved parts; consumable or wearable components unless the failure results from a defect; or loss of use, rental costs, production delays, lost profits, or other indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, to the extent permitted by applicable law. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is not transferable unless agreed in writing.
